We propose a very practical and hands-on workshop to introduce the use of interactive notebooks, in particular Google Colab, to produce documents that contains computer code and rich text elements. First we will explore the possibilities of the tool to deal with data management and with the distribution, reuse and collaboration of the generated documents. Then we will illustrate some of the possibilities of the notebooks with a crash course on data visualisation using Python.
A laptop or portable computer device is required to attend the whorkshop. No special tool need to be installed, just an internet browser.
Attendance to the workshop is possible either in presence or online via Teams
